I'm Crystal Bailey - an Australian entrepreneur, interior designer, stylist and mentor. I've spent more than a decade building businesses, designing spaces, creating products and helping women turn ideas into something real.

I've built multiple six and seven-figure design businesses. I've coached and mentored hundreds of women. I've created products that have sold in the thousands. I've designed a collection stocked throughout Bunnings stores across Australia.

I've worked across Australian magazines and television. And I've designed spaces for some of Australia's most recognised female entrepreneurs, including Lorna Jane, Jane Lu, Lisa Messenger, Kiki Keysers and Marcia Leone. But the thing I care about most isn't simply building businesses or designing beautiful rooms. It's helping women see what is possible for their lives and then helping them create it.

DESIGNHER™ Dream Year is a high-touch, 12-month mentorship that requires a significant commitment from both of us. Due to the nature of the program, the limited number of places available and the immediate access you receive to mentoring, resources and support, all payments are non-refundable once your place has been confirmed.
